Basically I got bored at work again (U.S. Army, Iraq, about to come home!) so I tried to think of a useful tool I could write. I’ve always found it frustrating going to blogs only to find that they don’t have commenting on their articles. Sometimes I find a good read and I want to leave me 2cents worth (because everyone cares! not). This new tool I wrote uses the same backend as my trackback search tool only I am looking for blogs that allow commenting. Tonight I was really bored at work so I decided to write an online tool that will find all posts that support trackbacks based on a keyword or phrase. I tested the tool with “Michael Jackson” and it returned a bunch of results. The cool thing is all you have to do is remove the links you don’t want and copy/paste the rest right into your blog article. Wordpress will automatically send pingbacks to those articles and you could possible get an inbound link out of it.
